Lovy Bikinis don’t accept returns of bikini bottom due to hygienic issues. However, we offer store credits/refunds to customers that receive faulty products. All claims need to be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Please send an email to info@lovybikinis regarding your order for an immediate assist.
Products that has more than 20% off are final sales and can't be returned or exchanged.

LODGE A RETURN
If you believe an item you've purchased from us is faulty, incorrect or you're missing an item, contact us at email@example.com with images of the fault. All claims need to be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once you’ve submitted your return request, we will contact you with details of your return so that you can send your item(s) back to us. Returns are usually processed within 5 business days of receipt and you’ll receive an email detailing your return once this has been done.
The cost of the returns label will be deducted from your return outcome, whether it be a store credit or refunds. Please scroll down for further information.
RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WHEN:
• Items are in their original condition.
• Items are in their original packaging.
• Tags remain attached to garments.
• Garments are unworn, unwashed and unstained.
Our returns department has the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the original condition. In this instance, the returned item WILL NOT be sent back to the consumer.
Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered returned parcels.
